Zambrano Enterprises, LLC operates this website at zambranoen.com. This policy describes what the site collects, what happens to it, and who to contact with a question. It applies to the project inquiry form and to the files submitted with it.
What the project inquiry form collects
The inquiry form collects only what you type into it and the files you choose to attach:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you provide one
- Company or facility name, if you provide one
- Project or facility location
- Facility type, tank type and product stored
- The situation you selected and your description of the project
- Any files you attach
Name, email, project location and a description are required. Everything else is optional.
Files you upload
People send project documents, drawings, inspection reports, violation notices and photographs of tanks, dispensers, sumps and site conditions. Those files are used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
- They are not sold, and they are not shared for marketing or advertising.
- They are shared only where sharing is necessary to perform the work. That can include a coordinating Professional Engineer or an authority having jurisdiction, and it happens with the client's knowledge.
- They are retained only as long as needed for the inquiry or, if the project proceeds, for the project record.
How submissions reach us and where they are stored
The site is hosted on Vercel. When you submit the form, the content and any attachments are sent to a Zambrano Enterprises email inbox through a third-party email delivery provider. Submissions live in that email inbox and in project files. The site does not keep a separate public database of inquiries.
How the information is used
- To evaluate your inquiry and respond to it.
- To follow up about the project you described.
- To perform the design, permitting or compliance work if you engage us.
Analytics
The site may use analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited. This is not tied to your inquiry and is not used to track you across other websites.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Records tied to a permitted or constructed project may need to be kept for the project record, and we will tell you if that applies.
